Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A standard shipping fee may apply on smaller orders or cash-on-delivery, if applicable.

We currently ship across most locations in India. If your pin code is not serviceable, our support team will contact you for an alternative solution.
🔁 Return & Replacement Policy
We ensure high quality in every pack, but in rare cases where there is an issue, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement if:
The item was damaged, leaked, or incorrect
You contact us within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement:
Email us at support@advikanaturals.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and reason for return
Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days
In the case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns if:
The item has been opened or consumed
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
The product was purchased during a clearance or promotional sale
📦 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
